My career has given me the opportunity to view commercial real estate from multiple perspectives. I spent approximately 16 years in commercial banking, financing businesses and investment properties, before transitioning into commercial real estate brokerage more than a decade ago. Today, as the founder and broker of Black Oak Company, I combine experience in lending, brokerage, ownership, and development to help clients evaluate opportunities with both financial insight and real-world experience. I work with investors, business owners, and property owners on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land acquisitions, and investment strategy. Having been involved as both an advisor and a principal, I understand the importance of structuring transactions that support long-term goals—not just closing deals.
