Caleb spent roughly sixteen years in commercial banking before transitioning to commercial real estate, where he has now worked as a broker for more than a decade.
That combined background gives him a rare vantage point — reading a deal through both a lender's and an owner's eyes, and helping clients navigate accordingly.
He founded Black Oak Company to bring that discipline home to South Central Kentucky and the broader tri-state market.
